Powerhaus Flow

In this 60-minute class, you’ll experience a blend of yoga’s mindfulness and Pilates’ core-strengthening techniques. As you flow through various poses, optional ankle weights and dumbbells can be added to intensify your workout. The class maintains a steady pace to foster a strong mind-body connection, with a focus on the abdominal and back muscle groups.

Classes 1-1
If you opt for the ankle weights and dumbbells, they will challenge your balance, improve stability, and tone your muscles through this full-body workout. You can expect engagement of your core muscles, increased flexibility, and a boost in energy levels.
