My name is Anastasiia and I was born in Ukraine. I grew up surrounded by love and support from my family. My dad was my super hero and taught me so much wisdom in life that you cannot find in books. You have to live it first or learn it from someone else’s experience. Without him and my amazing mom who dedicated so much work and attention to me as I was growing up, I would have never turned into the person I am right now.
My biggest passion in life is yoga and fitness. I cannot imagine myself live without it. I feel so lucky that I can roll out my mat at home and start practicing at any time! I have been so profoundly amazed by the transformative benefits I personally encountered through consistent yoga practice, that I decided to become a yoga instructor myself.
My passion for yoga, healthy eating, and fitness has enriched my life in
ways I could never have imagined. It has transformed me physically,
mentally, and spiritually, and I am grateful for every moment of this
incredible journey.
However, what truly makes this passion fulfilling is the opportunity to inspire
and support others on their own path to wellness. I am profoundly grateful for
all the beautiful individuals who entrust my studio with their well-being and
allow me to become a meaningful part of their lives.
